Yes, you can. First you have to install SCO OpenServer 5.0.6 and multi-processor license in P4DL6. Then, download OSR5.0.6 supplement (RS506A) and patch file OSS648A, OSS640A from Caldera's ftp site and install them to enable Intel Xeon processor support.
