I have an X8DTU motherboard, the IPMI reports this “managed system GUID”. This should be changed by an OEM or the customer, but I do not know how.

You can use ipmitool raw 0x30 0x37 to get these 16-byte data.

We use first 6-byte data to identify which type of BMC we are talking to.

KIRA-BMC, Hermon-AMI, Hermon-ATEN, etc.
