Is it possible to use four Nvidia TITAN X or four GTX 1080 on 1028GQ-TRT GPU server?

It will work. but SMC does not claim to support GeForce GPUs. We only validate enterprise level GPUs. If you want to use the mentioned GPUs, use at your own discretion. You will need the right angled power cables for the mentioned GPUs.
