What models of racks (must have sides and both doors) can be used to hold 10 of those 6048R-E1CR90L servers when fully populated with 900 HDD?

You can use SRK-42SE-12(1225mm Deep).

The 90 bay JBOD weight 250 lbs. 10 of them weight 2500 lbs. Our rack can handle 5500 lbs,so it should be a good choice.
