Question
We are having an issue with 3108, software cachecade and 4K native sector SAS HDDs inside the SuperMicro complete system:


Model = AVAGO 3108 MegaRAID

Firmware Package Build = 24.15.0-0018


The log file of storcli /c0 show: "Failed SSD Caching is blocked for this VD"
Any solution or suggestion regarding this issue?

If a Virtual Drive (VD) is made up of disk drives with 4KN (4K native) disk drives, then Cachecade cannot be used. Also, Cachecade volumes cannot be created using 4Kn drives.
