Could you let me know the thermal limitations with 1028GR-TR & Xeon Phi x100 family, such as 5110P (TDP 225W), 3120P/7120P (TDP 300W)?

For 3120P/7120P (TDP 300W), the ambient temp can't be over 30C. For 5110P (TDP 225W), the ambient temp can't be over 35C. Also, please make sure the air shroud "MCP-310-11803-0N" been installed properly.
