With the 1019D-4C-FHN13TP, is there any way to adjust the fan speed to run faster when needed and slower when not needed?

Since this SuperServer 1019D-4C-FHN13TP came with X11SDW-4C-TP13F board and X11SDW-4C-TP13F board has IPMI feature built-in so the user can adjust the FAN speed in IPMI WebGUI.
