I have your new Workstation system and when I power on the system it only comes on for an instant then power off, what can be wrong?

We have a CPU protection circuit in our system that monitors the CPU load, if there is no load the system will power down protecting the CPU. Normally the correction action required is to reseat the processors in the sockets. The CPU pins are very short and if not correctly installed the CPU are not powered. This ensures that a intermittent connection will not allow arcing of the socket connector to the processors pins.
