Your website states that P4SBE supports up to 3GB of memory. Is it possible to use Infineon HYS72V128320GR-7.5 1GB memory in this board?

No, it's not possible. From the part number this module is a Registered ECC SDRAM while P4SBE only supports unbuffered SDRAM. Supported memory is listed on our website under the memory recommendation list.
