I have your P4DCE+ motherboard with LSI Logic 21040 Ultra 3 160 SCSI controller. Everything it seems to be fine as far as post and testing until it boot-up with follow error message "Disk IO Error 00002001 / Failed to ACR Read Boot Partition to Check For a Signature". Do you have any fix?

Contact LSI Logic for the update SCSI BIOS version firmware for 21040 controller, and that will fix your issue.
