I have an old P3 board with expensive software that setup to work only with the MAC of the onboard LAN. Now, I want to upgrade the motherboard. Can you change the MAC of my new board to the old MAC?

No, MAC is unique. We cannot change any MAC, otherwise, MAC is not unique anymore.
