I just got one of your Superserver 5012B-6, but I can't get the Windows 2000 server to install. The system locks up with a blue screen. I've already tried many different memories and HDD. Can you help me?

Answer
First you need to check and make sure you are using a 400MHz FSB P4. A 533MHz CPU may also boot up but will give you all kinds of problems. Next, make sure you are using a qualified memory for this board.
