I have a 4U server with triple redundant power supply, one of the power modules has beep noise and red LED. Should I contact RMA or my vendor for replacement of that bad power supply module?

You should if you know absolutely for sure that the module is bad. However, from our experience, the problem is not always from bad module. Please follow these steps to find the source of the problem: 1) Swap the power supply modules around and find out whether the beep noise follows the bay or the module. 2) Make sure the power cable is not loose. 3) If you removed the bad module, would the beeping noise go away?
