Does X8STi main board support PCI-e graphic cards?

The X8STi series (X8STi, X8STi-F, X8STi-3-F,and X8STi-LN4) are based on the Intel X58 chipset and support a PCI-e 2.0 x16 slot and a PCI-E x8 slot. This x16 PCI-e 2.0 slot does support add-on video adapters.
