Do you have utility can set IPMI IP and MAC address in Windows OS?
I tried to setup by IPMICFG but came with following message,

"Can not find a valid ISA interface!"

The IPMIcfg utility is a application for DOS environment.

Please use attached configuration utility for Windows OS.
