Can I downgrade the H8DAE PCB Rev. 2.01 BIOS from Rev. 1.1b to Rev. 1.0c?

No, you can’t. The H8DAE PCB Rev. 2.01 has changed the hardware monitor chip to ADM1026. You need to use BIOS Rev. 1.1 or above version for H8DAE PCB Rev. 2.01.
