Does the X7DCLi & X7DCL-3 main boards supports Cent OS 5 and can we use onboard SATA Raid 5 configuration?

For onboard SATA, it can use RAID 0, 1 & 10 for Linux:

SATA Intel ICH9R SB SATAII Controller
RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 support (Windows only)
RAID 0, 1, 10 support (Linux)

It does not have RAID 5 for Linux OS.

For driver, you may use the one for RHEL at:

Choose the one from RHEL5 that matches the update version of your CentOS.
