I have a very urgent question to you regarding C2SBA+II motherboard. Does the integrated ITE8212 chipset for ATA devices support any RAID levels?

Yes it had option for Raid support. You need to enable the ITE Raid Option inside the BIOS setting. After reboot press CRTL+F or Ctrl + E to enter the ITE raid BIOS setting.
