Question
We have build a server based on H8QM3-2+ and CSE-818TQ+-1000. We installed an Adaptec ASR-5405 PCI-E x8 card via CSE-RR1U-E16, but the controller is detected. We checked the controller in a different system and its working fine there. What could be the issue?

This is riser card issue, you are probably using revision 1.xx. Check the riser card. Please use RSC-RR1U-E16 Rev.3.2
