I RMAed a SIMSO rev 1.2 and a replacement SIMSO rev. 3.0 was sent back, but I lost the KVM over LAN feature.

SIMSO does not have the KVM over LAN feature. Only SIMSO+ is capable to do KVM over LAN. The exception is some older SIMSO rev 1.1 and rev 1.2 boards were able to do KVM over LAN. You can talk to RMA for SIMSO rev 1.2, or just use SIMSO+.
