Question
When we cold boot your C2SBC-Q main board it shows "Operating system not found message" at every first time boot up. There is only one bootable SATA HDD connected on system. This symptom only happens on the first cold boot, warm reboots are fine. What could be the issue?

Answer
This is because the motherboard BIOS can not detect the HDD at AC first power on. Some HDDs are unable to be on line before the BIOS boot sequence. Please enable 'Hard Disk Pre-Delay' in BIOS menu and Set 3 ~ 6 second or more (base on HDD design algorithm). “Hard Disk Pre-Delay” is a function to extend delay time at the boot-up process for SAS/SATA HDD devices to come on line.
