I cannot install Ultra320 SCSI driver for RedHat 7.2 correctly. What should I do?

Inside the floppy driver for U320 there's a text file called "readme-skipjack" that instructs how to install this driver properly. Please follow this instruction carefully otherwise you may get kernel panic error upon booting into Linux.
