Can X9SCL-F IPMI support fan control?

X9SCL-F IPMI does NOT have FAN control option.

It’s handled by BIOS via Advanced >> Hardware Health Configuration >> Fan Speed Control Mode >> Standard, Optimal, Heavy I/O and Full Speed.
