I have a problem that Graphics card does not work with X7SBA motherboard. The card does not appear in the MS Windows device manager and there is no output from the card. The graphics card that I used is HIS 5450 Silence 512MB DDR3 PCI-E 2.1 DVI/HDMI/VGA and EN7600GS SILENT/HTD.

Both of your graphic cards HIS 5450 Silence and EN7600GS SILENT/HTD are PCI-e x16 cards. Your motherboard X7SBA has one PCI-e x8 in x16 slot. It means physically it is PCI-e x16 connector, but electrically it is a PCI-e x8 bus. You need to install a PCI-e x8 graphic card and set JPG1 to 2-3 position to make it works.
