Trying BIOS update with BIOS utility package for X11 DP boards, system LAN (X722) SoC LAN may unexpectedly disappear after BIOS upgrade. The user may stop at CTRL + ALT + DEL combination key after attempting to reboot the server. What is the temporary solution and how to resolve this problem?

This is due on BIOS flash utility problem. For temporary solution is to load system BIOS by pressing F3. And then apply to save the setting by F4. LAN will be shown after doing this. For further, the flash utility will be updated for this problem fix. By using Supermicro OOB (out-of-band) BIOS upgrade or using SuperDoctor5, the problem will not happen and the user will not suffer from such problem.
