Question
I have an X7DBU motherboard with a strange LAN issue. Whenever I type in Arp –d in windows 2003 the LAN becomes unresponsive. What is happening?
Answer
When you installed your system you may have used some imaging software (Acronis) that used an old obsolete driver. When the OS is installed the registers seems to get corrupted with in the LAN chip. All you have to do is power down you’re system and pull the power cable. Let all the power flush out and power it back on. Everything will function normally afterwards.
