Does the new Twin blade enclosure SBE-720E come with the CMM (Chassis Management Module) standard installed, or do I need to buy an additional SBM-CMM-001?
The new SBE-720E does not include CMM. Instead there are two options. When using zero or one 40GB Infiniband (IB) switch, you can use SBM-CMM-003. If you are going to use two 40GB Infiniband switches, you need to use either SBM-IBS-Q3618M or Q3616M in combination with SBM-CMM-002.
