Is there space in the 5016T-MTF server for a 5th drive if I were to remove the FDD, for example, and mount it internally? I need to mount a 5th hard drive for local backups and to run it on the motherboard SATA controller.

You may use the MCP-220-83601-0B tray to mount one 9.6mm thick 2.5" hard drive in FDD bay.
