Question
On the CSE-747 chassis with the X8DAI motherboard, when I plug in the graphics card NVIDIA GTX480 into the PCI-E slot, I do not see any display. However, if I use another regular VGA card, I can see the display. Tech support also provided me the latest BIOS X8DA30.628, but it does not help with the problem. What 's wrong?

Answer
You need to hook up the power correctly to GTX480 graphics card. There are 2 power connectors: 6-pins and 8-pins . You need to connect both of the cables to make the graphics card work. Please ask our RMA department for the power distributor card (part# PDB-PT747-4648) or PCI-Express 6-pin to Dual 8 (6+2) Pin Linear Extension Splitter Power Converter Adapter Cable from another vendor.
