The RAID controller AOC-USAS-H4iR and BBU had some problems six months ago but was fine until today. We received an error message: "Controller ID: 0 Battery needs to be replaced, SOH Bad." What is "SOH Bad"?

The problem may be that the BBU cannot charge. Please send the BBU to RMA to check. Thank you.
