I have one mainboard, X8ST3, installed in 1U chassis. I found the issue after adding one of PCIe gen2 x16 VGA card onto PCIe slot. The system is getting really slowly while seeing Windows logo. Why?

Please have the BIOS upgrade to v1.1 and load the default value. You will have to check the option, (BIOS setup -> Advanced-> Advanced chipset control->"extended PCIe Hole" is been activated as enable.
