I've been running the AOC-IPMI20-E on a PDSMi+ for a couple of years.
After upgrading the e1000e network driver the IPMiboard is not
reachable over the network anymore. Do you have a solution for this?

There were some bugs in Intel LAN drivers from 14.0 to 15.1. Please update your network e1000e latest driver from 15.2 and above from ftp.supermicro.com
