We have a System SYS-7045B-TB with noisy fans. We tried to set the 4-pin speed control in the BIOS but it is not working. Do you know why the fans will not spin down?

Answer
Make sure that the fans are 4-pin. If the fans are 3-pin, the 4-pin control will not work. Please use the 3-pin fan speed setting in the BIOS under Advanced -> Hardware Monitor section.
