Why is my PDSMi+ system booting up with Core 2 Duo E7600 processor which is not listed as supported CPU?

The E7600 processor is a 45nm technology processor and Intel defines that all 45nm technology processor are not support by the Mukilteo chipset based motherboards, which are the Supermicro PDSMxx series.
