for AOC-USAS-H8IR, AOC-USAS-H4iR AOC-SASLP-H8iR, AOC-USAS2LP-H8IR, AOC-USAS2LP-H4iR, AOC-SAS2LP-H8iR and AOC-SAS2LP-H4iR how can the speaker alare be disabled ?

You can use LSI MegaRAID Storage Management software for this (MSM)
you can find it on the controller driver CD

manual:

or use the controller WebBIOS to disable the alarm
simply click the speaker icon
