I would like to install SAS card to SYS-6026TT-BIBQRF for SAS HDD. Is AOC-SASLP-MV8 SAS a compatible card?

Yes, it is compatible. You can use CBL-0278L(IPASS to SATA cable) for the connection between SAS card and BPN-827ADP-X8.
