X2C is already EOL(end of life).
The difference is as below:
X2C+ has 20 internal ports and is compatible with all 10, 14, and Twin Blades enclosure.
X2C has 14 internal ports and is compatible with 10 and 14 Blades enclosure.
X2C+ is totally backward compatible with X2C.
