only my first Network controller (nic with IPMI) lost the network connection several time a day. All test with Windows 2003 an 2008 R2 and different cable have the same result. The network connection is interrupted again and again. There are no problems with the second network controller.

This is known issue, can you update IPMI firmware to 2.02 version or later version.
