I have the 5026T-TFB using 6 sata drives in a raid 5. Whenever windows boots random drives turn red and flashes. What is the problem?

You need to use the latest driver from Intel located on the following link: https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/driver/SATA/Intel_ICH10R_RAID/Windows/10.1.0.1008/
