I have some special pci modem card, which is 12.3" long, how can i know before i order a server, if it will fit?

by most of our servers on our website you find information under "Expansion Slots" like LP, FH, half length, or full length. LP=low profile (2U), FH is full height (3U/4U), half length = 6.6", full length = 12.28”
