On 1022GG-TF or 1122GG-TF server, the Fans 5~8 are always in 3000 RPM under BIOS hardware health configuration no matter what the Fan mode setting, is anything wrong?

No, it is normal. The Fans 5~8 are for GPU, but they are not able to monitor under MB BIOS. Those GPU Fans can only be monitored under IPMI interface, so you don’t worry about the Fan 5~8 RPM in MB BIOS.
