Could you please verify if DTS1 and DTS2 temperatures referring to Winbond W83795 sensors on X8DAE motherboard are reflecting CPU core temperature and what is the max CPU core temperature is set in BIOS before it forces the system to shutdown?

It does not have DTS1 and DTS2 temperatures refering to Winbond W83795. The temperature that forces the system to shutdown is set by the factory, not by the BIOS. And its value may be varied for different CPU models.
