What is the procedure to flash the IPMI firmware for X8SIL-F motherboard?

Please download and unzip the image file from the product page. After you logged into the IPMI web interface, go to Maintenance à Firmware Update. Click “Enter Update Mode”. Browse the image file in your system and click “Update Firmware”. Then click “Start Upgrade”.
