Question
I have X7DB8 motherboard. The S/N shows up in dmidecode as 0123456789. It was not the same as real S/N number on sticker with text "WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED". Can I change S/N in the motherboard.

You could use dmieditor tool or PHLASH tool to edit and define S/N number.
