Is a PCIe version of the AOC-UIBQ-M2 available? or a way to adapt it to PCIe without UIO for
Supermicro SYS-8026B-6RF chassis with X8QB6-F motherboard?

No, we only have UIO version for that, no standard PCI-E version.
