I was wondering if the address 5A is in use by the motherboard X8SIL-V and X8SIL-F to monitor power supply status in other chassis?

For X8SIL-V that doesn’t have the BMC chip on board, you can use the address 0x5A. For X8SIL-F with the onboard BMC, the SMBus is connected to SIO. Please use LPC interface (index port: 0xA15, data port: 0xA16) to access SIO hardware monitoring on the motherboard.
