Question
Do you know of a problem clearing the CMOS on the X8OBN?
I have tried a few boards but they don’t seem to work?
I have also removed 4pcs power cord, then removed battery for 3mins+ also touch JBT1, but still no bios reset?

Answer
This could be true. The system cannot boot up if the L2APIC setting is set to the wrong mode.
You’ll either have to reflash the BIOS, or swap out the CPU to the other architecture.
Clearing the CMOS also does not reset the BIOS to default settings. This is due to the UEFI BIOS
