we're getting "L3 ECC errors" on our H8QGi+-F boards with bios version 2.0a, 4 AMD Opteron 6238 Interlagos CPUs. Is there something we can try to solve this?

Can you change setting in the BIOS menu \Processor&Clock \HPC, DISABLE the C-State and C1E support?
