why do I see an error, when upgrading switch FW using Chrome:

Error: Firmware Upgrade Failed. Incomplete File.

GUI upgrade through Chrome browser is not currently (FW 1.0.12-5 or earlier) supported. you can use IE or Firefox to do the upgrade.
