I have purchased C7P67 motherboard and I have one question regarding the 2 PCI-e 16x slots. I don't quite understand the manual. If I run a PCI-e video card 16x in slot 6 and a LSI 9260-8i 8x RAID controller in slot 4, will the video still be at 16x and the RAID controller be in 8x?

Yes, if you have raid controller installed on PCI-E slot 4 then video card on PCI-E slot x16 will perform by x8.
